Climate change is an increasingly tangible phenomenon and studying it is an increasingly important topic in climate research. With the advancing changes in climate, it is important to take a look at the effects that await us as humanity.
This bachelor thesis deals with the effects that climate change can have and takes as a specific example the impact on wheat. This impact is shown by means of forecasts in an interactive data visualization, in which these forecasts can be compared with wheat growth. Wheat plays a significant role in global nutrition and therefore serves as an example in the interactive data visualization of the forecasts, where the effects of climate change on the global population, but also on the environment, can be clearly shown.
